Pristine Kitchen & Bath

Do not hire these people. It has been 4 months and I still have nothing. Tried calling and texting and no answer. The phone has been disconnected and no one replies to my text. I founfmd the owner in California and he doesn't answer his phone either. The took my money and ran. This is the worst experience and out some hard earned money. Again, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. if I could give a zero across the board I would. I found out my rep that came to the house Royce quit in May. Did not contact anyone on what was up with there contract. Now I have a bath I can not use and can't afford to get it fix currently. Have to save up again and it will be hard to trust anybody after this.

Pristine Kitchen and Bath did a great job in my bathroom remodel . Very professional and all was done as expected and in a timely manner . Would recommend them to any one wanting to remodel .

I would talked to several companies. Royce was my salesman. He knew his industry and business. He explained the difference in plastic fake rock shower walls VS owning the real rock the plastic simulates. Why buy fake plastic when you can buy the real rock at the same price. Made complete sense to me. Great installation guys. Pristine was easy to work with. They had great financing. I am impressed. We mentioned we wanted to remodel our kitchen. Royce designed it on the spot. So we did a master bath and a kitchen with Pristine. The bathroom turned out so classy a omg moment when friends come in and look at. Our kitchen is a longer process. We moved walls. Cutting concrete for huge center island. Lots to do. I am completely satisfied and would recommend Pristine to everyone.
