Summary:  Anything else in this review is moot.  Their employees stole from us.
We know we are missing the following items:

1. Alfa Romeo Cylinder Head - Value $1000.  This was in our attic for the last few years.  It was an all aluminum head.  The attic has been completely cleared, and it is not where it was originally left (right next to where the A/C and Furnace was installed in the attic).
2. Variable Speed Corded Rotary Dremel - Value $150.  We had this in a back bedroom where the guys were working.  We only have the case and one accessory set left.  The Dremel and two accessory sets are gone (a polishing set and a high-speed cutting set).

Backstory:  My wife and I bought my father's house late 2012.  The home only had central heating and A/C window units.  We received three bids for the above service, and this company came in right in line with the other bids, but wanted to use the old central heat exchanges for new returns in each bedroom.  The design of how everything was installed was great.  The manager came out explained what they would do, and the job was completed on-time and on-budget.
Current Time:  The reason this review has taken so long to write is because I personally do not like to fault a company for one bad employee.  Unfortunately I do not have a receipt for the Alfa Romeo Head to prove ownership.  I do have receipts for the Dremel.  I have tried multiple time to talk with the company, but Jeremy and the rest of the staff have been unhelpful and/or condescending to myself, my father, and my wife.
I am extremely disappointed with the professionalism for this company.
