PREMIER MECHANICAL SERVICES

I was quite disappointed with this company. I did not choose this company, but had to use them because my home warranty company has a contract with them. First, the customer service/receptionists people have horrible attitudes. Secondly, I was told that I would get at least a 3 hour window to let me know when they would come. I waited all day at work for them to call and never received a call. When I got in from work, I called to check on the status. I was then told that I would get an hour's notice. I went outside for 15 minutes and while I was gone, they left a garbled message on the answering machine. When I called back, they said because I didn't call back within 15 minutes, they sent the technician elsewhere and were not willing to send him back. When they finally sent a technician, he installed 3 brand new blower motors over a period of 3 weeks because they all shorted out when he put them in, resulting in me having to get a new furnace. It took almost a month to resolve this!

The repairman did not arrive as quickly as I would have expected. He was not very friendly, but he did complete the job. Overall I was pleased with the work completed on my house.
