Doug Powell first worked for me on the remodel of a house in Dallas at 9030 Devonshire in approximately 1994. Doug did a fantastic job. In 1997 I moved to Houston and I thought so much of his work I flew him to Houston to design another residential remodeling project. He made a preliminary draft of plan for remodeling my residence. The plans were very creative and much more responsive to our needs than any other architect we had used prior to meeting Doug. Doug moved from Dallas in the late 1990's and I lost touch with him. I recently noticed his Dallas firm's name from the 1990's on Angie's List. I hope this means he is back in Dallas because I am trying to locate him for another assignment.
