Plumbing Service 24 hours

He's excellent. I've been using him now. I got them of your list, maybe three or four years ago or something like that. I know I was going to breast cancer when I first started working with him. And I have a hit full of hair and it's been a long time now. So it's been that long but I liked him a great deal and referred him to all of my friends. He's easy to work with, friendly, very manner able, knows what he's doing and if he does not give you an honest price, he makes you feel like you've got an honest price. I just enjoy working with him. Sometimes I don't feel safe with people in the house and I'm here by myself but I feel like extremely comfortable with him. He is absolutely a very charming man and he did what he does and when he cannot do something, he will tell you and he'll refer you to someone else that can do it. And I liked that about him too. If not, he doesn't try to do big things, he just says "I can't do this for you". I would use him again in the future.

Terrible, don't do business with this company, your lives and health are at risk!

Terrible experience,  first of all I just wanted an extimate. I called the office and a supervisor told me that he would send someone out. The service person (sorry I didn't get a name) came out screwed out a few pipes and then came in and tells me that he will have to cut a whole in the brick wall to assess the damage.  I asked for an estimate before I would let him cut into my brick.  He went outside and called his boss then brought me the phone.  In the meantime he wrote me and estimate and said that he would cut into the sheetrock inside.  The boss asked me if I wanted my leaked fixed.  I explained to him that I only asked him for an estimate when I called.  He told me that if I get this leak fixed now he would drop the price by $100.  I became skeptical and told him that I had to compare them with the other plumbers that I had called.  He then told me that there was a $35 service charge and the he forgot to tell me when I initially called. I paid the $35 even though I thought it was not very professional and unfair since this was not agree upon in the beginning.
