 + -1 moreFrom the beginning, we knew we were in trouble. Repairs were never made, deadbolts were never installed per Texas law, even though we sent a certified letter asking them to provide them. We were not given 60 days notice prior to the lease expiration date per our leasing agreement. We were told in a written document by Edwin that the lease would not be renewed once it expired; however, he demanded rent for one month past the expiration date of the lease. When contacted, he does not answer the phone, nor does he call back. This is a very dishonest company....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. We will likely have to hire an attorney with out-of-pocket costs to get this issue resolved.
Description of Work: We rented a house through Plugin Realty with Edwin as our contact.
