Description of Work: The salesman came to my door and told me the president of the condo association had been offered a special deal (six condos in all). The condo association person supposedly said it should be offered to everyone. The salesman said he had to get special permission from the owner of the company that he worked for to be able to offer such a deal. I tried to call the president of the association, but she's been out that day, so I couldn't verify the information. I was told the installation would be free. I was told the first month is about $44.99 and each month after is $20.00 to $23.00. I told him I couldn't afford $44.99 a month. He said they understand that and that's why they are making the special offer. I contacted the company when I received verification of customer information and on that, they said the monthly fee would be $44.99. I discovered how much the salesman lied, so I contacted the president of the association. She said that she never made any deal and was also lied to as well. I was told by the sales directior that they are not responsible for what their salespeople tell us.
