gas leak repair
+ -1 moreMy house was on the market with a contract. The buyer's home inspector said I had a gas leak. Another plumber was going to "fix it" at a cost of $2000. I found out this was not a Master Plumber though but only a Journeyman. My contract said I had to have it fixed by a Master Plumber. I called this plumber out to fix the gas leak and after much investigative work he said he honestly could say I had no gas leak and would write that up for the buyer. I could have really been taken to the cleaners if he wasn't so honest. To boot my neighbors nabbed him and he worked over there for 2 hours free of charge. He couldn't fix the problem without first talking to the owner who could not be reached. The fix meant tearing out a wall. So he could not fix their problem because he could not get permission from the owner. He did not charge them a dime.
Description of Work: Honest, clean, polite, good worker.

gas leak repair
+ -1 moreWe smelled gas in our backyard. Mark Pierot helped us locate the gas leak. He dug down and found the line that was leaking. He replaced the pipe and guided us through the correct channels with the city and our gas company. He was professional and kind in helping us get our hot water back as soon as possible!
Description of Work: Replaced leaking gas line.
