Phillip was outstanding every step of the way. He was highly recommended to me and I quickly found out why. Phillip is extremely educated in his field and does his background work thoroughly. He priced my home competitively and appropriately and was professional in advertising, showing my home, and guiding me through a very successful sale. He was both very respectful of my privacy and kind during a stressful time. I have bought homes and sold homes, and Phillip is the best!
