This is the second time I have used PhilCo. Both times were either non-traditional installations or had an unforeseen circumstance arise during the project. PhilCo doesn't shy away from more difficult jobs. They work through and make sure everything comes out the way it is planned. They kept the price at the very competitive estimate also. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I will absolutely use them again.
