I had algae in my pool, and he came out and wanted to drain my pool. I talked to Leslie's Pool services, and they said it needed to be treated. He didn't make the pool better, it just got worse, and we ended up having to have the pool drained anyway. 

As for yard work, we switched from every week to every other week for mowing, but I had paid for the month of July, so he was supposed  to still mow every week for the month of July. He didn't show up every week as was promised, but didn't refund my money either.Also, he didn't touch the flower beds at all. I called him, left a message, and told him that I am so disappointed with his work, and he has never called me back. He does not follow through on what he says he's gonna do.
