Ramiro Payan charged $500 for 2.5 hours worth of work. That is more than a doctor's rate! I feel that he took advantage of me (female foreign customer) . He did not know how to replace the kitchen faucet handle (was left with extra parts) until I brought drawing and showed him where each part goes.
When I complained that price was too steep he changed story about how much his parts (i.e. outside faucets) cost.
Will never call again.
