We met with Paul in August 2013 to discuss the sale of my mother's townhouse as she is now in Assisted Living.  Paul arrived prepared with information on comparable properties currently on the market and had made appointments for us to view a couple of the properties currently for sale in the neighborhood.  He offered suggestions on things which would improve the marketability and sale of the townhouse as well as discussing possible list prices.  We took Paul's advice on the items to take care of prior to listing the property (carpet cleaning, painting, new dishwasher, etc.) and the property was listed for sale in mid September.  For the listing photographs (online marketing) Paul used a professional photographer at his expense.  The photographs were amazing

and I know these were key in the response we had to the listing.  We had numerous showings, multiple offers (several above list price) and actually closed on the property three weeks after it was listed for sale.
