Excellent, Marlene's team are the best! Punctual, friendly, thorough and considerate. They do a very complete job and go above and beyond in clean up work when the work above is complete. I always am pleasantly surprised with how clean the yard is and how great it is to look out of freshly cleaned windows and not see streaks or leaves/debris on the ground. What also is great is having Marlene call me to schedule service when it is time. I priced out those fancy gutters that deflect leaves and debris and found that Park Cities Gutter could do the service 3x per year for over 12 years before I would "pay" for the gutters, and that includes the exterior window cleaning! A great value for the dollar spent and a local business we can trust year in and year out!

Great! This time, we had to wait until the arborist completed our two year interval trimming work, and the cleaners came the day after the tree work was done, and was a few days ahead of schedule! They did a great job, the windows shine, the gutters are clear and the work area was cleaned up perfectly.

It took a few days to get someone out to get a quote. They were the lowest quote by $50 so we went with them. Anyway, one guy showed up to clean our gutters with a leaf blower and a hose. My husband who works from home was not at all impressed that all the debris and dirt and leaves were blown out into our pool! Also, when he walked around the house, he noticed clumps of debris left on the yard. I don't know if this is typically what a gutter cleaner does since it was our first time hiring one... but for that kind of work, we could have done it our selves. I haven't seen the bill yet, but I'm not pleased at the quality of the work.

Park Cities Gutter and Window Cleaning do a great job of keeping our gutters and windows clean. They are prompt, responsive and thorough. The service people do a great job of cleaning up the work site, and Marlene is fantastic at follow up and proactive in scheduling service. The great thing that happened this time, is we were scheduled for gutters and windows, but after the gutter cleaning, we had a couple of significant rainy days, so Marlene delayed the window cleaning until the storms had passed.
