From initial contact to completion of the work, Paneless has been exceptional! They truly understand customer service. I first found this company on Angie's List and called after reading all the positive reviews. When I originally scheduled the estimate it was just for my windows but upon looking at their website I realized they clean just about everything including carpets and tile/wood floors. Ryan arrived early for the scheduled estimate appointment time. He also provided a cost to clean my carpets and I decided to have Paneless perform both services. The day before my scheduled cleaning, I didn't have water at my house so I contacted Ryan after-hours to explain the situation. Instead of rescheduling the appointment, his crew (Bobby and AJ) were able to bring water with them! They arrived on time, introduced themselves and went to work. They were efficient, professional and nice. It was forecast to rain that day, so the window cleaning was rescheduled for a week later. Again, the crew (Nathan and Ethan) arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. My windows have never been cleaner! I'm so pleased, they even scrapped off paint overspray and made my windows really shine! They gave me an invoice and I was able to pay online. Simple, easy and quick. I was impressed with everyone I had contact with - from Kim that schedules appointments, to Ryan and his crew, their pride shows through!
