Great painters, very profesional

Painted all of the ceilings on our main floor white. Did an outstanding job. It took a day or 2 longer than we were originally told but it was well worth the wait and we really didn't have a need to have the job done in 2 days anyway. Wayne, our painter, was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and cleaned up as he went from room to room. He was obviously concerned that we were happy with every aspect of the job. I had 2 other bids for the job. They ranged from 3 times to nearly 5 times as much so, value for the dollar spent was outstanding. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend EmeraldPro Painting of Northern Utah.

The crew were prompt, polite, professional and experienced. They treated our home with respect and made sure that we were happy with the results. When there was any concern regarding any area we pointed out, they promptly and happily addressed it to our satisfaction. The results are amazing. I have already had two neighbors over to see the rooms and they are excited to work with EmeraldPro. By the way, they were also the least expensive estimate and they used a higher quality paint. The others offered builder grade paint.

Cameron has a great team, focused on quality and excellent customer service! I received exactly what I wanted and couldn't be happier! A great paint job requires tons of prep work, and this team did it right! They were also very cautious to protect my home, carpet, fixtures, and belongings throughout the prep and painting process. I had 2 bedrooms, a home office, and a hallway painted. Wayne was really flexible with his schedule so I didn't have to miss any work for the painting. The work took longer than anticipated, but I would rather have it done correctly, than quickly! I will absolutely use EmeraldProPainting of Northern Utah again! I feel like I have found my go-to painters and will recommend them to anyone who needs a great painter in Northern Utah!

Very happy with the finished projects. My only minor critique was the work taking longer than anticipated and the two work-men quite often showing up after 10 am. HOWEVER, in fairness, we did ADD work mid-way through the project, and both men were prepared to work later than 5 pm to 'catch up' and get the project finished by the overall deadline. As for customer service: my emails were sometimes not responded to, although mostly they were. A slight discrepancy in the final cost was never fully addressed, and I felt somewhat dismissed. It wasn't much, so I paid it, and the two men, Jose and Barach did some additional work we did not ask for - to give the work a cleaner look (such as putting in a seal around our kitchen sink), so ultimately, I let it go. I would however have appreciated understanding where the additional cost came from, that was all, instead of feeling dismissed and/or it never really being fully explained. Overall though, I would hire this company again. Our home with treated with respect, the mess was cleaned up behind them, and the four individuals we worked with - from the work-men: Jose and Barach - to the administrative/financial side: Ross and Jay - were always friendly and professional. Thank you.

JD was amazing from start to finish. He came out and explained everything clearly. And he and his team did everything he said he would do. Jose and his crew repaired our siding, and painted the exterior of our home. And it looks outstanding. I cannot say enough about their quality of work and their customer service. Simply outstanding. You won't be disappointed if you go with JD and his team. Our house looks brand new after the work they have done for us. It is much appreciated!
