Submitted a service request in May 2024, for raccoon removal and its July 2024. The Owner lack respect for your time and the humanity for the trapped animals. To-date it's been over a week and the raccoon traps have not been checked. We've been experiencing triple digit heat waves so I am sure if raccoons are in the trap they're dead. We currently have fleas to date as well. This is unacceptable and I will be doing my due diligence and consulting with Texas Wildlife, BBB, and NPMA.

The name of company is fitting he came set traps in attic, took my money have not seen him since. Repair work was supposed to be done to prevent entry was not done. Traps killed a squirrel and a rat had to contact him a number of times before he sent someone out because of the order. He is a crook.

We paid 325$ for skunk removal. They came out once and did not return. I texted the owner 3 days ago and no response. First time they came out... Took our money and now they will not finish the job.

"We trapped here and caught a skunk within the first 2-3 days. Which is left out of this review. This customer was told not to seal the skunk burrow but ended up doing so. We informed to reach out after the freeze if there was more activity, and this review is the first we have heard."

Eric came out the same day to inspect our property. He was the most honest with our issues. (Some other company tried to sell us insulation we did not need.) We went with the services and he was able to complete all the work the same day. We did not hear any noise after the first day for the remaining two weeks,

Had my insulation replaced due to warming issues with the weather change. These guys came out offered a free inspection and quote that was very reasonably priced. Two Weeks later after they trapped for free to make sure there were no critters I had brand new insulation!
