ORIGINAL CREATIVE SOLUTIONS

He's built the exterior of the garage, however has not completed the work. He laid down the floor, but within the last two months it has cracked. I cannot access my back yard because of ditch that goes all the way across the back of the house. The wooden gated fence separating my house from neighbor is not complete and left old chain link fence down with no gate and only plywood and bricks leaning up against it , Have service dog and this is not safe.. The cabinets are not complete. The kitchen counter top is not complete. There is still the rest of the projects in the home that are not complete, as well. The last communication I received was September 7th by text. I've called five times since then and he has not responded to me. The actual last time he was on the job was end of July. Between 5-1-2014 to 7-24-2014 He worked 4-5weeks.  Each time gone was working on other jobs,  Called once after that then started texting, another 2 weeks, was suppose to be back for sure 9-8-2014, then would never call me back.

I'M VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE CABINETRY WORK. THEY ARE JAGGED AROUND THE EDGES, PAINT GOT ON THE MIRROR, AND HE DIDN'T MATCH THE PAINT TEXTURE ON THE WALLS. THEY DIDN'T CLEAN UP AND MESSED UP THE CARPET. THEY REMOVED LOTS OF THE HARDWARE IN THE BATHROOM AND "LOST" IT. THEY SPILLED PAINT ON MY DRIVEWAY AND LEFT TRASH IN THE YARD KILLING MY GRASS IN ONE SPOT. HE INSTALLED A MICROWAVE FOR ME AND LOST THE INSTRUCTIONS AND A PART! THE JOB TOOK A LOT LONGER THAN ESTIMATED. HE WALKED OFF THE JOB WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY HIM THE FINAL PAYMENT BECAUSE HE WAS NOT DONE! AT THAT POINT, HE WALKED OFF THE JOB ON 12/3/04 AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. HE TOOK ALL OF MY ORIGINAL RECEIPTS AS WELL FOR WHATEVER. THEY DID OK WITH THE TILE WORK, WHIRLPOOL TUB, AND LIGHTING.
