"I am sorry that the level of service did not meet expectations. At NxTGen we strive to provide to all of our existing, new and potiental customers the highest level of customer service in our industry. Due to the nature of this unique situation, the NxTGen technician furnished a professional recommendation based on experience and training received in the irrigation industry in an attempt to resolve the leak which was under a back patio. It is NxTGen’s policy to always provide the highest level of customer service, in doing so, the NxTGen licensed irrigation technicians provide a professional recommendation as a solution to any unique situation. The recommendation provided to the customer presents both an economical and an efficient course of action to handle situations of this unique nature.
