We have used him for many years. He was great. He was very responsive. We knew that we needed a new unit and so he worked with us to try to limp along for a while, and told us whether or not something was worth doing, and that was wonderful. And then when we decided to get the new unit, we asked him for a quote and we never heard back from him and he never returned our calls. I just don?t know what happened to him. I would say he was great, but I am unqualified to say anything summer onwards because I just really don?t know what happened. I would rate him highly for the last experience and for the previous experiences. I would absolutely use him again if I could get a hold of him.

I like him. He is very professional. He is responsive. He doesn't try to sell me a bill of goods, he fixes what needs to be fixed and lets me know if it can't be fixed.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT & GOT TO OUR HOME WITHIN HOURS. I FELT THAT THEY DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM & DIDN'T OVERCHARGE ME. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
