THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND WAS PROFESSIONAL. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS ABLE TO GET EVERYTHING INSTALLED WITHIN 3 HOURS. HE HAD TO GO UP INTO THE ATTIC, RUN WIRES DOWN THROUGH THE WALLS AND THEN ACTUALLY INSTALL THE HARDWARE. HE MADE SURE TO GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPERATE THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT.

THE ALARM SERVICE WAS IN PLACE WHEN WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE. NORTH AMERICAN SENT A REPRESENTATIVE OUT AFTER WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE TO EXPLAIN ALL OF THE SECURITY SERVICES AND HOW TO OPERATE THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES.
