On July 2, 2011, I paid $2075.00 to add a 7 X18.8 sq. ft. extension to my existing patio, install a metal fence around the finished patio, repair the back left corner of the foundation on my house that was crumbling, and to repair a portion of my front walkway. The repair of the front walkway was only $125. The job was to include relocating a sprinkler head that was in the space where the new patio was to be added. It was my understanding that they would relocate the sprinkler head at the back of the new portion of the patio by installing the water lines around the new section, and placing the sprinkler at the center of the new addition. It now appears that this was not done and the work on the new addition appears to have been done inadequate. A seam has developed along the line where the new extension was added and water floods the new section of the patio from beneath it, when the sprinkler system is running, which appears to indicate that the water line was not closed off beneath the new construction. I advised them during these phone calls that I needed to get this corrected because I hired a company several months ago to landscape my yard company is to install plants around the patio. They cannot do it until the flooding problem is corrected, since I don't know what the correction will entail. Because of the changing season, it will soon be too late for the landscape company to complete the work this fall. At the time that I contracted them and I was in the process of getting estimates from several different companies for the patio work. I was told that if I would let them do the work, they would also repair the crumbling foundation at the left corner of my house. Because of that, I agreed to let you do the work. The only "repair" that they did to the crumbling foundation was to put soil around it to cover up the cracks. I paid my new landscape company to correct the problem. I also paid my new landscape company to correct the problem. I also paid them extra to add a sprinkler head where you were to have put one at the back of the patio. Evidently there was a space for one but there was no sprinkler head visible. All of this can be confirmed with the landscape. I don't know if this problem exists because I am elderly, as i know that many companies prey on the elderly. Please be advised that I have a limited income and cannot afford to continue paying other companies to correct work for which I have already paid. Please contact me at your earliest convenience as I need this problem corrected as quickly as possible so that I can have the landscape work completed.
Description of Work: I wanted them to add an extension to my patio, repairs to the foundation on the left side house and repairs to the front walkway.
