NORANDEX DISTRIBUTION

Purchased 4 Simenton (excellent brand) windows from this supplier. On my invoice they listed the installer as well as listed the installer's name, address and contact number as the customer and contact even though I paid them for the windows. The installer sent a crew out to install the windows and at first rain, the windows leaked extremely bad. I contacted the installer who came out and said it was my alarm from my upstairs windows that were allowing the newely installed downstairs windows to leak (the old/replaced windows did not leak before, the only reason we replaced the windows was for comestic reasons). It has been 18 months and Norandex finally sent another installer out and told us that we had an install problem however, we needed to contact the original installer they sent out who at this point has refused to come out. We finally got another individual to come out (nobody wants to go behind another trades mess up and fix it for liability reasons) and the windows are not leaking!
