They do a great job for us and we are very happy with them. I am really picky about having straight lines, and they do a great job at making sure the attention to detail is top-notch. The pricing is very reasonible.

We were extremely happy with the work New Walls did on our kitchen. Steve did a fabulous job of staying on schedule and I got to come home each evening to a relatively clean house (despite the open walls and ceiling). The professionalism and respect for my home was much more that I ever expected. He was a true partner in getting this job accomplished and clearly cared about producing a quality result. He and his team stayed late several nights to make sure we were in working order before holiday house guests arrived, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this company! I look forward to working with New Walls on future projects.

Called Peggy at New Walls to get a paint quote and she said they also do remodeling. Met with Peggy & Steve to go over project. Steve said to order all the appliances first and when they came in, they would put us on the schedule. The project started June 24th and finished on Aug 17th. It was longer than we expected, but we wanted it done right. I didn't want to leave a key/lock box, so each day I asked when they would be starting. Sometimes they were on time, sometimes late. If they were late they just waited & called me on my cell. They kept everything as neat and clean as possible, covering floors, putting plastic up to keep dust in the kitchen, hauled away trash. Steve & Pepe did a great job on modifying the cabinets where the new appliances went and also building the walk in pantry. We were concerned about the strength of the shelves and wanted to be sure they were braced well; they did more than that, it looks good, too. Steve uses subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, granite install. The granite was installed, but cracked. The owner saw the crack and had them take it out. They redid it, and installed it again perfectly the next day. Good quality control. We have a 20 yr. old house and the plumber had to bring all the drains/waterlines up to code. He had to jackhammer through the tile to get to the drain. Pepe fixed the tile and also bricked up the dryer vent hole and everything looks like new. It matched the existing tile/brick perfectly. The painting took a long time. They did a very thorough job, sanded everything, filled cracks, sanded again, primed, sanded, painted. We did go on vacation, so job was delayed by about a week. Once we saw the finished cabinets with the faux finish and hardware, it was worth it. The tile backsplash was installed. We ordered a mural for behind the cook top. The edges were finished so evenly, the tile is level. The paint was touched up on the walls where the tile didn't come out as far as the original. They even replaced the 6" piece of baseboard trim that was falling off and painted it. They fixed a several other items that previous contractors had left.... (broken piece of wood where dishwasher was moved when tile floor put in, bad plumbing jobs, electrical outlets out of code, etc.) Whenever we saw something that didn't look quite right, we made changes (and at least got a verbal quote on the change). We put in one granite pass through from the bar to LR, but the kitchen to the LR didn't have one and it looked odd. We added the granite. We had the cabinet raised above the cook top so the vent hood would be higher and held up the tile install because we saw a mural that would fit just perfectly in that spot. We had them change out 3 light fixtures. We made some other changes, but overall, we went over the original quote by only $900. Well worth it. We are having them tile our living room now.
