Endured a massive hail storm and sustained damage. While I was away at work the next day, one of their sales reps actually jumped a locked six foot fence and took it upon himself to put cardboard in a broken window, then slid a note under the door to let me know what he had done. This level of aggressiveness is completely in appropriate. What if my dog had been in the back yard? I contacted the manager to let them know that I would not do business with an organization that exhibits this level of pushiness. While door-to-door roofers have a stereotypically nasty reputation, it's my opinion that this company has wholly earned theirs.

I had contacted new view roofing and was working to get a honest quote. They are certainly professional, however the price was a lot higher than expected for roof repairs. In addition it had no room left to do some of the additional repairs I needed. You will find roofing companies can cover your 1% deductible and more if they choose to. In majority of the cases they can cover gutters, vents, and include upgrades. It is best to shop around for 3 or so quotes and DON'T sign any contract, proposal or quote without firming down the price and items. I ended up choosing a really good/honest roofing company that worked with me to get everything needed for a great price.

Mike came out and looked at our roof and found the possible leak. With rain in the forecast, I asked him to tarp it while we waited to get on the schedule. He had a job nearby the next day and sent someone over to repair the small area. No tarp needed before the rains came!

Mike was right on time and very professional. Repaired the area effectively in very short notice. New View is my new go to for roofing.

Scott Berlin from New View was referred to me 2 years ago by my neighbor after the major hail storm in Wylie. I was very stressed out as it happened 2 months after buying my first house and this was the first major repair I was looking at. Scott came out immediately and walked me through the process, eased my concerns, and handled everything professionally and quickly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My roof was repaired and insurance claim taken care of all while staying in constant communication throughout the process. Michael Cooley was quick to start the job and completed in a day and half. No many companies could have pulled that off. They did good work as well as clean up.

They were over within 20 minutes and made sure there was adequate attack ventilation to rule out and dangerous leaks.

This experience was about as good as it gets. There were a few surprises, such as being without use of a driveway for a couple days due to a big trash receptacle in the driveway, but they cleaned up afterwards. They sent out their own A/C guy late in the evening after we had arrived home to discover that the A/C unit was not functioning. They met with, and worked with, our insurance company to help get the new roof covered. They addressed each of our concerns through the whole experience and were very professional about it.

They did a wonderful job, and I was extremely happy with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone and would absolutely work with them again.

All repairs went smoothly. Scott Berlin had great communication and schedule the work done by Wednesday on our schedule.
