We are part of a townhome association and pay $5 per month for their service. The service works well, and it is very sensitive, maybe too sensitive. It is directly linked to the police department. Whenever we have had problems with the alarm, they always send someone to fix it. There were initially some problems with the signal getting crossed or interfered with by the DSL line, but that got fixed.
