Nelson Roofing arrived promptly and started to replace the vent boots. They inspected my entire roof and showed me a section of the roof that had not been improperly installed by the original builder (2003). I am grateful they caught it or I would have had a new/unwanted sky light in my master bathroom ;-)

All work was prompt and professional. They replaced a large section of shingles/decking, replaced the shingles around the roof vents, replaced the boots with high grade products, and painted the vents and boots to match the shingles.... very nice.

I will always use Nelson Roofing for all of my roofing needs.

They did quality work. The seller paid for it. They cleaned up every day before they left. They did extras such as flashing and things that were not really required in the roofing process so the price was excellent. I gave their name out yesterday.

It has not leaked a drop since then. They have actually followed up with me to insure I was pleased with their service and that there were no unresolved issues.  They were prompt, professional and cleaned up so well you didn't know they had ever been there.

They were not upfront with thier pricing, they acually had another fromae do the work under a differtint company name. None of the pricing was discussed with them, and we really over paid for some things.

When I contact Nelson Roofing they seemed to be willing to do the job and gave me a date when they would come out and replace the fans. I was called the day they were to replace them and told they would not be bale to come out and asked if they could replace them the upcoming Saturday. I agreed but come Saturday they called again and said they would come out on Monday. They did show up on Monday and replaced the fans. For some reason they set the thermostats differently on each fan causing one to run almost all the time. The fans also were making a loud humming noise. Knowing how to adjust the thermostats I went up in the attic and adjusted them according to the manufactures specifications.  I then noticed that the exhaust holes for the fans had not been sized correctly for the new fans. One hole was about 50% too small and the other about 30% too small. I contacted Nelson Roofing and they said they would come out and correct the problem but  they never did. I contacted them several times but gave up after two weeks. I ended up doing the job myself in about 45 minutes. The fans don't emit a loud humming noise anymore and the air flow in the attic is much better. 
I'm planning to have my roof replaced in the fall and I know who I won't be calling to do the job.

They are very prompt and reasonable repair. They are very courteous. Overall, the service went very well. They are very prompt and responding. After reviewing the problem, they quoted. It was a reasonable price and immediately took care of it.

I contacted my insurance company to indicate that I felt my roof had hail damage. My agent suggested that I have a roofer take an initial look and if damage was present, I could then file a claim. A friend gave me Nelson's name. I called Mark and within three days, he came to look at my roof and found what he believed to be hail damage. He offered to be present when the adjuster came to be sure that the damage was not overlooked. Upon approval of the claim, I hired Nelson, selected the impact resistant material and we agreed on a date for the work. The work was completed in two days, despite this being a two story house with a high pitched roof. The crew was diligent and hard working and left the work site clean. All debris was removed promptly. Mark was responsive to me each time I was in contact with him. I recommended him to my neighbors, some whose initial hail damage claims had been denied. This company worked in my subdivision from July 2009-January 2010 replacing about 50 roofs. In February 2010 I used Nelson to replace the roof at a relative's house in Irving. Nelson assisted us in appealing a claim that was originally denied by that insurance company. The work on that house was high quality as well. That job required replacing rotted roof decking. I recommend Nelson Roofing highly.
