He was on time, professional, personable, and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need done right the first time. A little more expensive than the others but, I know it was done correctly and will absolutely use them again.

Arrived promptly. Did work. I asked for an estimate to replace other outlets & light switches in my place. Did walk through & David made a list of the outlets & switches, told me they would get estimate to me. I paid them, they left.

I was charged $125.00 for service call to replace $5.00 worth of product. Took less than 30 minutes including listing items for promised estimate. I never heard from them about estimate.  I will not use them again. Also too expensive for my budget.

Everything went fine.

The price was high for such a small repair but they have a minumum. I live in the neighborhood so it takes them about 5 mins from their office to get to my house but I have to pay the same trip charge as anyone in the metroplex. While it seems high I understand that they have to charge a set price for each visit regardless of the travel time to get there. The good thing about this company is that the technicians drive very large trucks that are equipped with just about everything they will need for a job. That means the job can be completed in one visit, not two. I have used this company before because I have seen their trucks in my neighborhood. I thought they were high the last time they were out for a repair although the quality of the work seems good. I tried to get a different company by joining Angie's List but was not successful in getting the other company I chose to return my calls, even after several days of leaving messages. I should have just called Neathery in the first place. They are extremely responsive and very professional. While the prices may not be great, I think they are ethical and won't try to turn a minor repair into something major.

He is very punctual but, the prices were a little high. They did a good job. Got everything done and cleaned up good. They are very professional guys.

Dealing with Neathery was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Scheduling process was easy, electricians showed up as scheduled, worked professionally, and cleaned up well afterward. Their quality of work was very good and they were helpful in explaining what they were doing and discussing options for some of the new outlets/ground wires.

They were very professional. They came when they promised to come and did what they promised to do. I would use them again.
