It went very well. We upgraded to have the A/C fan cleaned. The only problem I had was that it took a long time to get a hold of someone and schedule service. They missed the first appointment. Our dryer vent is very long (about 40 feet!), so we had to call them back out and then upgrade the cleaning service, but it was well worth it once it was done completely.

Purchased a Groupon for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning for $69. Called that night and they agreed to come out the next day. Called me 40 minutes prior to arrival so that I could leave work and be here when they arrived. Two men, Sri and Brannen? Both very courteous and professional. Recommended I clean and sanitize intakes - showed me how dirty they were. I have six but he agreed that we could do three and be fine. No pressure at all, very willing to work with whatever I wanted to do. Additional intakes (cleaned and sanitized) were $50 each. I wanted to do three as they were quite dirty and others appeared fine. Sri agreed and proceeded as I requested. In and out in just over an hour. Very satisfied.
