It was one individual that did some horrible things and I talked to the supervisors and they were supporting this person so think it goes through management. They had to keep coming back. They told me they would come complete the job in a day and it took them three days and one of the sales people while they were here tried to steal employees. They offered employees that worked for me jobs to come work for them. They left the area relatively clean. There are still a lot of roofing nails and they didn’t clean as I would expect, I would say a C or a D.
