N-Hance Wood Renewal

It went horrible. Jon Flynt was the N-hance representative. I got their reference from Home depot and I trusted them. I was so wrong. I can write on and on about the incompetency of this guy and his worker starting from a 4 days job extending it to more than 2 weeks. Stain over sprayed everywhere on the wall and wooden floor, refrigerator and where not. Some of it I am still finding it after 4 months. In his attempt to remove the stain on wood floor, he removed the quote and now there is a bigger stain. So I will not even talk about the main work because that was horrible anyway. This complaint is mainly about the issues he created. I am attaching two pictures which I have right now on phone but there are many other which can go beyond a normal person's belief. I think it was the incompetency of Jon Flynt but also N-hance is responsible for giving franchise to him. Also Home depot should take more responsibility of who they are recommending.

Everything went beautifully. Kelli and her assistant went right to work and transformed my cabinets to their original beauty. She also changed out my hinges and drawer pulls. Both were very nice to work with..anxious to explain everything and make sure I was pleased with the result. She also explained how to care for the new finish. My husband and I are very pleased.

Very, very well.    Kelli and her assistant showed up promptly, got all their gear unloaded and went immediately to work.   The kitchen now looks just like it did originally - cleaned, painted with a blend to match the original, polyurethane to protect and seal - it's just gorgeous.  This all took about 8 hours.   Can't be happier with my 'new' light and bright kitchen.

Amazing service and quality.  Kelli was amazing, punctual, and professional.  Always very responsive when we had questions.  She also turned us on to other contractors we used for additional work in our home that have been great as well.  Quality and service were great.  I would definitely use them again.

I am very, very pleased with how the floors turned out. My hardwood floors were in really bad shape -- were dingy, the stain had worn away in spots, and some areas had water or other damage. I didn't want to go through the hassle of having the floors sanded and re-stained, so I selected N-Hance, because they have a much quicker process. They started on a Tuesday morning and were finished the next day by 1 p.m. I had three rooms done, plus the hallway.
The floors looked SO MUCH better now. They were able to get layers of dirt off in high-traffic areas, and were able to get some dark stains in the wood out. Since they stained areas where the original stain had worn off, it all looks much more uniform. And the floors look so much richer now, instead of the dingy appearance they had before. Plus, they are now covered by polyurethane, so they are protected. They almost look brand new!
There were a few areas that were so badly damaged that they couldn't get out all the damage. But I expected that, and they did explain beforehand that there would be some areas that wouldn't look perfect after they were finished. They did tell me that they could make my floors look 95% better, and they certainly did that.
They were punctual for both the estimate and for the job itself, and were very professional at all times. I intend to have them back in the future to do another room in the house.
