Lisa did a thorough job of detailing my paperwork for my mortgage, and at every step of the way she was available to answer questions and explain to me what any of the charges or documents were for. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and spoke in a way that I could clearly understand. Her office staff is also very courteous and helpful.
