We knew buying an older house that work needed doing to the bathrooms & fully expected some surprises. We were not disappointed!! Flooring needed replacement, plumbing needed to be re-routed & some electrical needed doing. Steve provided use with an estimate & gave us allowances for things like fixtures & tile. We used his supplier for fixtures & went to the place he suggested for all our tile. Great prices & selection!! Floor & Decor. We embarked on the project knowing we would have some things not covered on the original bid, however Steve kept us informed all along & gave us options to work with, allowing us to determine priorities. This put us in the driving seat & we never felt pressure to take an expensive option. All of his subs were courteous & on time & cleaned up at the end of the day. We are thrilled with the results, we finished on time & on budget (albeit we had a couple of extras to contend with).
