+ 5 moreWe knew buying an older house that work needed doing to the bathrooms & fully expected some surprises. We were not disappointed!! Flooring needed replacement, plumbing needed to be re-routed & some electrical needed doing. Steve provided use with an estimate & gave us allowances for things like fixtures & tile. We used his supplier for fixtures & went to the place he suggested for all our tile. Great prices & selection!! Floor & Decor. We embarked on the project knowing we would have some things not covered on the original bid, however Steve kept us informed all along & gave us options to work with, allowing us to determine priorities. This put us in the driving seat & we never felt pressure to take an expensive option. All of his subs were courteous & on time & cleaned up at the end of the day. We are thrilled with the results, we finished on time & on budget (albeit we had a couple of extras to contend with).
Description of Work: Steve has remodeled 2 bathrooms for us & helped with all aspects of the job. He gave use access to his plumbing supplier for all our fixtures. The master bathroom needed stripping back to the studs & required repairs to the subfloor & joists. Steve & his crew completely cleaned the job site every evening & were always on time. We completely re-tiled the floor/walls & the shower. We replaced all the cabinets & countertops. In the guest bathroom they tore out the old shower pan, shower valve, vanity, toilet & wall tile. This was all replaced with fresh tile, a new vanity with granite countertop.
