Don’t ever buy a spa from this company. Worst service and does not honor the warranty. The sent some crackheads to my house that ended up charging me for what was covered for free under the warranty. I literally had to pay them their requested travel fee to get off my property.

I think I bought the first spa in 1994 or 1995.  The more current one was built in 1999, and I’ve used their service department for a blower motor and one other thing and that’s all it has needed.   I would highly recommend them.

To get a quote I had to give their website my contact information. Morgan does not have a dealer in my town. Even though I live only 60 miles from El Paso Texas Morgan had the Albuquerque dealer call me- 250 miles away. The salesman and I went back and forth on the design. I wanted an 8x10 shed with one of the 10 foot walls 8 feet tall and te other 10 foot wall 6 foot tall lean to or shed roof. I can't have metal sided sheds in my neighborhood so I ordered hardwood siding and shingled roof. The salesman said the basic plan was standard and my modifications were standard options. the order was placed on Jan 12. I was told normal delivery time was 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called to check on it. I was told it hadn't been started. Over the next 12 weeks I tried to get a status update to no avail. I tried calling and emailing the salesman, the branch manager, the general sales manager, customer service, even the CEO . No one returned my calls or emails. I even checked the Internet to see if the company had gone bankrupt. Eventually I went to Albuquerque and confronted the district manager. He said he would have the building sent to El Paso in four days. Three days later I was told the truck broke down and would be delayed another day. I told them to forget it, i didn't want it anymore. They changed my mind by knocking $500 off the price. Eventually the building was delivered. While moving it into place the building was smashed into my house removing stucco. Once in place, the building was unwrapped to reveal no shingles. The El Paso dealer agreed to return the next day to shingle it, which he did. Upon inspection I was disappointed with the quality. Loose nails, split trim pieces, and unevenly spaced studs. After the shingles were installed and the building placed and leveled, I paid the balance. The next day, I discovered the door had been hung backwards- the hinges were on the wrong side! I was so disgusted I didn't bother complaining. I just fixed it. I will never buy or recommend Morgan again.

The chemicals come straight to your door and it doesn't cost anything extra.  Our pool is working great.

We have had a Morgan spa for over 15 years.  This was the second repair we needed in that time.  The work was performed in about an hour and the fee was very reasonable.  We have been very happy with our spa and would recommend Morgan for purchasing and servicing a spa.

When the crew arrived to install the building I was told that I had to make the second payment BEFORE THE BUILDING WAS INSTALLED. They then called my bank to make sure that my check was valid. The crew would not take the pieces of the building off the trailer until my second payment was verified by the bank. WOW, I don't even know what to say about this... They had $1300 of my money and I could not get it back per their convoluted, very fine print contract. I had already contacted my lawyer to determine my options. But this was not only completly frustrating and humiliating, but extortion now. After my check was verified by the bank, the crew began to unload my building. My building came with a door THAT WAS TOO SHORT FOR ME TO WALK INTO, the entire point of having one custom built. I measured the front panel when it was on the ground and told the foreman that this was most likely going to be an issue. When two of the sides were up, it was obvious that the door was 2" too short. The foreman WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, courteous in a very difficult situation, and corrected the height of the door with proper re-framing, with new studs on site. He is the one bright star of this abysmal company. As the building was not built to the correct specifications..., he had to correct it on site and he did an outstanding job. My kudos to this foreman. The building was filthy, inside and out, like it had sat around somewhere for a long time. I had screws through the ceiling of the building inside and outside the overhang by 3/4", that I cut off with bolt cutters so we would not split our head open. It took an hour to clean up the surrounding site when the crew left, and still finding screws around. It took another hour to clean the building inside and out as it was so filthy. My advice to others: Get out the reading glasses and read all the really fine print and beware. I have never been so disappointed or frustrated with a contractor. After recent weather, we discovered that the storage building leaks like a sieve. Insult to injury, but unfortunately, not shocked, due to prior problems with this company. Now I need to find a reputable contractor to fix this problem for more money

Our spa had stopped working while we were on vacation. It had been leaking water and our grandson who looked after our home while we were gone called us and told us the spa had stopped running. We called the Garland store when we returned home and they referred us to their Fort Worth store. We scheduled a tech to come. He arrived on the day promised at the scheduled time. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a shorting out of one of the electric pumps because of a leak in a hose above the pump. He fixed the leak and started the spa. He inspected the rest of the hoses under the spa and found another leak and fixed that. He noted that there were varmint droppings under the spa and that the critters had probably chewed the holes in the hoses. He gave us detailed instructions on how to place bait traps to head off any future varmint activity. Good job -- fair price!

Terrific service - friendly and helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile. Top quality service the day of install and complete service with any of my questions since the installation. Whole-heartedly recommend using Morgan Buildings & Spa. We are thrilled with the new indoor dry sauna, especially useful for aching joints during the winter. Their storage buildings are also wonderful investment.
