The guy came out and diagnosed that the unit was low on refrigerant was the reason for the AC not cooling the house well. He overcharged my unit. After he left my unit sounded like a machine gun was going off and the house wouldn't cool at all. He also failed to put the fasteners back on after charging unit.
Due to the poor craftsmanship, I called another vendor to come out. He pointed out how he clearly mis-diagnosed the problems based on some visual things that were easy to notice. We had to end up repleasing the condenser unit which was most likely damaged by the over charging.
