Molly Maids had inconsistency in their cleaning crew, BUT YOU HAVE TO ENSURE THAT YOU LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU EXPECT AND HOW YOU CLEAN THE HOUSE SO THAT THEY CLEAN THE HOUSE LIKE YOU WANT THEM TO. Molly Maids has Quality Control as well, of which you should take advantage of and FLOR is AMAZING! FLOR came and walked the house while the girls were cleaning and she explained how I wanted it cleaned and stepped in and helped and got the house cleaned just like what I was expecting it to be cleaned like. FLOR IS A 5 Star Quality Control Employee with Molly Maids!!! Thank you Flor, the house looks and smells amazing.

Rent Do not hire a cleaning company here. They clean my fridge for 4 hours and do nothing but leave trash behind and charge me $400. I should have just bought the fridge. I have been hiring maids for over 20 years and this is the worst cleaning company I have ever seen. Do not hire them ever.

They were efficient, friendly, and did a great job! I will definitely have them back!

The service was terrible, the first hour we were there cleaning the garage and they were on their phone most of the time. They did not wipe down the baseboards or dust the blinds. The only vacuumed and moped in living room and kitchen. There was a bar of soap they left in the bathroom. They didn't dust or clean off any cabinets or shelfs. I took photos after they left and called the office requesting they come back and complete the job, they at first agreed but then refused saying they just could not get done in three hours. The house was empty. All trash removed nothing ! Two women in 3 hours to dust and clean for $84 dollars per hour and they couldn't finish 2000 sq ft house.

Although the maids were nice and punctual, I was not pleased with their cleaning.  I had specifically mentioned having a deep cleaning since I had just had construction done in my home.  I wanted everything wiped down basically ceiling to floor.  Considering I was charged almost $400, I would have expected my home to be spotless, shining and smelling clean.  There was still dust in places (for example on my ladder back chairs, bedside tables, lamps) and countertops still had dirt and leaves on them (in laundry room).  My kitchen floor was still dirty looking--and when I moved a side table next to the couch there was a pile of dog hair underneath.  They did not dust my built in shelves in my family room nor did they clean the countertop in the bar area.  I specifically asked them to wipe down my 6 paneled doors because there was construction dust and they possibly cleaned one.  There was still dust on my picture frames, etc.



I understood that their policy was such that if we were not pleased, they could return within 24 hours to reclean.  However, this did not work for my time frame, so I did not complain.  I will clean my own home from now on...really feel taken.

Basic cleaning was performed, however, I have never been satisfied with the carpet results . We instructed the main office to have the maids use  our vaccuum cleaner every time. The main office agreed and said they would pass this request onto the maids. 
I believe many more times than not our vacc. was not used.  They used their vacc. cleaner. Why would they not use ours everytime??  We called the main office a couple times regarding our request.
Yesterday, about an hour after the maids left I cleaned our VACC. CLEANER  thoroughly to include the washable filter. I then did the living room and saved what was taken up....a large amount of carpet dirt, etc.
Next the master bedroom...Same results  Next the guest bedroom... Same results.   It took ME about 6 minutes per area.
EVERY SINGLE VISIT OUR VACC. IS PLACED IN PLAIN VIEW. RIGHT NEAR THE CHECK PAYMENT.
POSSIBILITIES?:
1. The  maids vacc. is not doing the job.  Our vacc. did an excellent job.
2. The total areas in all 3 rooms   not vacc. to a standard that Molly Maids front office would expect.  As if it was a hurry up
    get it done job on the carpets. 
This complaint is not a one time complaint. IT'S TIME TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.

We have been hiring Molly Maid to clean our house every other week for several months. They do the best job of any maid or service we have ever used, and we have used a lot of them over the past 16 years. They move things and clean deeply. Lots of nice touches, such as the way they fold the towels on the rack. Like a luxury hotel. Highly recommended.

They are very clean and neat. Nothing is left dusty or dirty. They are good.

Small house.  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!  I told the ladies they did not need to address windows as they had been cleaned 5 days earlier.  Also, carpet had been professionally cleaned the day before they arrived.  No laundry to be done - no bed linens to change.  Two hours, two maids = 4 hours!  What could have taken so long and I had to go over what they did not do.
As stated on a Molly Maid Coupon (Valpak, 10/2011):  "#3 Molly Maid cleans your home the way you want it cleaned, they listen, they care and they follow your instructions."   ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CLEANING I have ever experienced.  Tile floors left dirty with stains, master shower floor not cleaned  ...  I called the NW Dallas County office & reported to Manager while Molly Maid was still there.  After they left, I found the commode seats (2) had not been cleaned, tank top dusty, top of TV dusty, desk dusty, etc.  Too much to list!  I will never use Molly Maid again and should have listened to others who have had negative experiences.  The owner offered to take $15 off my $152 charge!!!  Seriously?

They do a really great job each week they come, and I have had no problems with them. They seem to be really professional. They always give me a note about when my next service is. I would use them again in the future.

.MOLLY MAID, they bring their own supplies with them and that is nice. It is a team of them who come in and get out quickly and fast.  They clean about 1800 sq ft in an hour to an hour and a half. All of the people that I have dealt with are really nice. They call you every week before they come out which happens every other week, calls you to fix their appointments.  I have not had any issues with them. I will continue to use them in the future. Professionally the woman who come in and cleans the house does not speak much English, my husband has more interaction and he says that they have been altogether  very nice when they come out.
