Super disappointing and frustrating, causing way more stress than necessary. They were great the first two weeks. The work was getting done, and they do good work but the next 4 and 1/2 weeks we didn't see a lot of them and per their project manager they had started a new job. Also, make sure you have everything in writing before you let them touch your house as we had several discrepancies in what I asked for and what they assumed I wanted and what they were going to charge me for. The owner is very proud and lacks customer service so be prepared for that. We finally terminated their services and went with a different contractor who finished everything in a week.

I hired Moisan Remodeling as the contractor to build our 400 sqft screened in porch.  Robert Moison, the owner, was very knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions regarding some of the architecture and finishing details.  What I really liked was that the framers were not sub contracted but rather his own employees.   The overall construction quality of the porch is outstanding and only the best materials were used.  I can highly recommend Moisan Remodeling.

We could not be more pleased with this company.  They are very responsive to phone calls and emails, often just coming by in person to discuss any question or to provide an update.
Their crews are always on time, very respectful, do wonderful cleanup each day, protect all surrounding areas, and do excellent work.

Our large fireplace obscured the view of our lovely backyard. Moisan Remodeling removed the fireplace and outdated bookshelves and raised the ceiling in the family room. Inside this necessitated: reframing, paneling patching and refinishing, hardwood floor patching and refinishing, hvac duct rerouting, new lighting and ceiling fan. Outside:brickwork, roof repair to fill the chimney space and soffit and fascia replacement. Removed and replaced patio window/door units around the deck in 4 rooms. Trim was replaced, painted and walls repainted as needed.
The workers were very professional, friendly and efficient. Bob Moisan was onsite almost every day for consultation if needed. We are very pleased with the results and our experience with Moisan Construction.

This experience was the best we've had with a contractor. Bob brings a breath of fresh air to his industry -- honesty and integrity. He was extremely helpful, his crew was thorough and their attention to detail was second to none. They used the same techniques to prevent water penetration that another and quot;Aand quot; vendor on Angie's list touts -- the difference here is Bob quotes reasonable prices that are commensurate with the project. Other vendors see you have an issue like water penetration and use it as a pretext to jack up the price, when at the end of the day, if installed correctly, water penetration should not be an issue. We plan on using Moisan for all of our future home improvement projects.
