The manager was wonderful. I took my 4Runner in for an oil change and to get an inspection sticker. I needed new shocks, but didn't realize that Mobil 1 did that type of work. The manager gave me a quote for the shocks, which I compared to a different shop in town. His quote was fair, and within 24 hours he'd replaced them. They did a great job and the manager was very personable.
