Didn't order from them this time but have in the past.

The grass was delivered at the time they said. It was in great shape.

Called and spoke to several people there...Seemed like an ok place to do business with. I asked if they knew a good installer and they gave me two people to contact: Gary and Rocky. Rocky was very professional ...Gary was a first class jerk. I originally arranged to use Gary but then later the next morning before anything was finalized I told him I was going a different direction. He became very angry and began to use profanity. I was simply giving him the courtesy of telling him I was going elsewhere and why but he continued to tell me basically how stupid I was and the I was about to get screwed but not in a nice way.
The reason I am leaving this review for Miller Grass is that I called them to let them know how their referral acted towards me and some of the things Gary said. They were offended that I would use words that he used to explain and illustrate what exactly occurred. Miller Grass didn't care very much about how their referral acted towards me. They may have great Grass...Never got to that stage but really couldn't care too much at all about customer service. A simple "We will really look into this" was all I wanted. Honestly I thought they would want to know how someone they referred behaved but after looking at another review of White Rock Landscaping, other customers referred to Gary let Miller Grass know their dis-satisfaction with their referral (Gary at White rock Landscaping) and got
the same who cares?? Treatment from Miller Grass. They should be more careful of their referrals and at the very least not get offended when someone lets them know.

Could not have asked for more from a company that knew that they were not going to make a sale from me.

Difficult communication. I called on Mon. morning, but was told to call someone else on their cell phone. In doing so I left a voice mail, but didn't receive a call back until a day or so later. We scheduled an onsite, as it was so close to their offices. They said they would call me right back afterwards and leave me a quote. We never heard anything, so I went to their establishment on Friday morning to see what had happened. The man was abrupt, only saying "it slipped my mind", gave me a price, and asked if I still wanted to do the job. There was practically no attempt at dialogue. It all felt rather insulting, so I just walked away in silence, very disappointed in the way they do business.

OUR GRASS IS STILL LIVING. THEY DID AN OVERALL LOOK AND GAVE A PRETTY GOOD PRICE.
