I called Milestone Electric to check an outside plug. My appt. was that afternoon and the office emailed me a picture of the electrician 30 min. before he arrived. Rodney was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything before I could even ask questions. He offered and completed a 33 point safety check which revealed my 40 year old house had code compliance and safety issues. I was offered 3 tiers of job completion and pricing without any pressure. After I decided to do the complete job, Rodney went right to work and completed most of it that day. He returned the next day, finished , and again ask if I had any questions which I did not, but he went over the breaker box with my daughter without hesitation. I received an 18 month interest free loan through Milestone in a matter of minutes. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them highly.
