MICHAELS

I recently moved here and did not know where else to take my framing work. The coupon (50% off) lured me into Michael's craft store. The counter person was not particularly helpful in selecting a mat or moulding. The job was NOT ready on the day promised two weeks later. I had to call several times to find out when the piece was ready. When I arrived to pick it up I had to insist they unwrap it for me to review the work. There was a big ding mark in the moulding and I pointed it out. They went to the back room and rubbed something on it, and tried to get me to take it anyway. I had to absolutely insist that they remake it with undamaged moulding. Nevertheless I returned several weeks later with several other possible custom frame jobs. Again, I had that seductive 50% coupon. The counter person was so unbelievably unhelpful and rude, as I tried to work out how to do the first piece that I just left the store. I'll never return.
