When I scheduled about a week in advance, the dispatcher advised me of a 9a callout from the locksmith. On the day of service, my locksmith was at my address and waiting for me before 9a! Awesome!
Getting all four of my locks changed to one new key was no problem. The hinge to one of my doors was adjusted and the locksmith took a moment to show me where the problem was, where he was adjusting, and proceeded to clean up. I will definitely call Michael's next time I need some help with my locks!

The locksmith called a half hour before he came out which I prefer to a time window. He performed the work quickly and was polite. Overall a good experience and I would use this company again.
