Wilson Borja at Metro Roofing helped one of my clients who is selling a home. The home inspector had discovered a few minor issues with the roof and chimney and the buyers asked my clients to make the repairs prior to closing. The roof was still under warranty so we called Metro Roofing first to see if the work was covered. It was under warranty and rather than pushing this small job to the side, his company went out within a few days and completed all of the repairs. They also installed a chimeny cap for a very nominal fee. Wilson Borja was professional, empathetic and really made the process of repairing the roof easy on my clients.
