Metro Paws Animal Hospital

They are good. We've used them ever since we got our dog. They have other locations. They are less than a mile away. They are excellent. They are a little high. Everyone is high in Dallas. If you go out to the suburbs, you get a better price.

My pet sitter took my dog in.  There didn't seem to be any issues.  They were fine there.  When I took the dog in, there were no problems.  Service is falling off per my pet sitter.  So I can't really speak on that.  I trust my sitter though.

We brought our 18 mo puppy to Metro Paws since he's no longer able to handle the long car ride to his previous vet. This vet is within walking distance of our new house and had GREAT reviews on Angie's list. The staff was incredibly friendly and very responsive to all of our questions (even about our other pet who needs to come in for more complex issues). The entire visit only took 20 minutes, and I was shocked at the reduced price since his shots were up-to-date and only needed the Trifexus refill.

I think they take a lot of care for our pets, they kept us well informed with all the procedure and everything that will be taken, and taking place.

It was the first time we had gone there. It went as well as can be expected. I found them to be extremely caring. The vet goes back to the clinic at midnight to check on the animals. They will come to your home to euthanize you pet if you want to.

They're very personable, and they know all of their clients. They have great customer service, and they really care about the animals. I give them A's across the board.

I think they are the best. There are three female vets and they are very caring, very knowledgeable and they are always available. They are kind of pricey but it's not out of hand. I wouldn't even think about changing vets.

We have switched veterinarians so many times, and now we have switched to them because they are closer to us. There are several vets there, and I have no problems in getting an appointment. I think the price is reasonable, and the quality of work is outstanding.

They're just really friendly. They have good quality service. We go there because the vet is our neighbor. She owns it.

I can't say enough good things about Drs. Sarpong and Lavender at Metro Paws. We are loaded with special needs animals and their advice has been top notch, really improving the quality of life. They are very knowledgable about older animals and their needs as well. It is easy to make an appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. You are seen on time. It is a busy practice but not hectic. You are made to feel welcome there. The place is clean. They foster animals and seem to have a deep sense of caring for both pets and their people. One of our dogs had to be put down this summer and everything was done with compassion and empathy. This is the only place I would leave my animals to be boarded or taken care of. I can't say that about all vets I have been to.

First let me say that the staff is always polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. When I need to bring my dog in the same day they always fit me in. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner. The office is always clean and NEVER smells. The doctors never talk down to me and they always take the time to explain everything, address my concerns and answer all of my questions. They also tell me how much something will cost before I come in, so no sticker shock. They are very experienced and don't do unnecessary procedures and tests. I can't say enough about how great these folks are! They also vet foster dogs and cats for the rescue group I work with. They truly love animals.
