"[member name removed]. 1. you did not pay $300 dollars you pay $250 for 3 extra hours. 2. when we talked on the phone i told you upfront your move will take between 4 to 5 hours. it took 5 3. the day of the move i even went to your house to see the items and I told you the same 4 to 5 hours for some reason you kept saying if it takes that long Im not going to be happy. 4. the arrival time is between 5:00 and 7:00 pm we were not late this means that we are going to be at your location between those 2 hours so this is the second lie. For some reason all this bad reviews are coming from customers that purchased the $99 deal for 2 hours. we explained everything to everyone we are very upfront we been in business for 7 years and in less then a month we got 4 bad reviews more than in 7 years combine so go figure and only from customers that purchased the deal. 5. You wrote 2 bad reviews on or company clearly you are trying to trash our name you are one the 5 customers from angies list that tried to blackmail our company saying and i quote: im not happy and I know what to do next since im an angies list member."
"[member name removed], We looked on our records and we could not find a customer by the name: [member name removed] please reply with the name you use when you setup the appointment. Also on the date you are referring february 11, 2014 we did not have any moves in grand prairie texas and we did not send a crew to the address you put on your review. When a customer setup an appointment with our company they have to do this on our website and they receive a confirmation email with the specific information about your move such as address contact information as well as you personal info, and we could not find yours anywhere. The alleged date of your move was on february 11, 2014 and today is april 21, 2014 almost two months and a half after your move, before then we never received any call or complaint about our service during or after your move, only after 2 months you decided to write a review with out letting our company address it or take care of the matter. On your review you did not write what exactly is the problem you just graded our service with out any specifics about the matter we are not perfect by any means but we address the problems or complaints right away, if we are at fault we are going to make it right period. How can any business can fix a problem or make it right if a customer does not give them the chance to owned it and make it right and instead goes online to write a review after two and a half months. Please send the confirmation email we sent to you to confirm your move as well as the copy of our contract to [email protected] so we can verify your are a customer of ours, because we could not find your information as we stated before and also please send the date and time you called us so we can look on our phone records, we record 100% of our calls, please identify yourself if you use a different name when you setup the appointment please let us know the name you used, because the name [member name removed] is not on our records or the address you put on your review. Please do this as soon as possible to address this matter if you are a real customer, thank you and have a great day."
