The service technician came to my home. He quickly located the leak with minimal damage to my walls. The broken pipe was repaired and he cleaned up after. Very polite and professional service technician. He left me know what he was doing and made sure there were no other hidden leaks and the water heater survived the Texas storm and power outages. It was nice to see a technician be that thorough. Very reasonable pricing considering the entire state of Texas is currently in need of plumbers for broken pipes.

They are Fast and Punctual but Very Expensive $$ . They charged $406 to repair the Kit inside the Tank Bowl and tightened a leaky valve . They wanted $644 but after negotiations came down to $406. ...

Amazing Metro-Flow was at my house within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. They were professional, well dressed, respectable, and were able to get me scheduled for the next morning at 8am. The leaky water heater was taken out and the new one was completely installed within 5 hours. On top of that, they were able to get an inspection with the city set up for the following day! Highly recommended and will definitely be my first call for any pluming issues going forward.

They are friendly, timely, neat in appearance & their work. They are more expensive than other plumbers we used, but they stand behind their work and warranties.

tTook about 30 minutes to do the camera and locate the break ($400) and less than 1 hour to replace the line ($1,000). Very courteous, professional, prompt and clean young men.
I said and quot;noand quot; to the bathroom faucet replacement. Absurd price. Legacy Plumbing did the same faucet in the other duplex (next door) for $400. I will not use Metro Flow again...only because of price.

The estimate for the actual repair is huge, and Metro-Flow presented me with several options from the and quot;spot fixand quot; option which is not under warranty ($1700), to a full reroute of the line around the tree, which would require a city permit and inspection, but has a 5-year warranty ($3500). Our home is old; therefore, there are several items that are not up to code, as well, which were included in the warrantied estimate.

I had just purchased house and the leak occurred while prior owner was still in house. They had already begun work so I was brought in after decisions were made. It was an emergency since water was backed up in a vent line which had corroded and was leaking under the house and through the kitchen wall and onto the floor. They seemed professional but I felt they were very expensive for services performed. After I took possession of home, I inspected areas I could still see (not behind the sheet rock), The new sump pump pipe was cut off right at the house so when water was pumped out, it would seep right back under the house. In two places they used "stuff" that expands to fill gaps on outside of house and left large amounts bulging from the house, not taking the time to trim the excess cleanly. I hope the work inside the walls is better than what I can see. They seemed professional but I'm left with the feeling I paid way too much and at least the portion of work I can see was done sloppily.
Response from Metro-Flow Plumbing
"(Member name removed) I appoligize for the misunderstanding We left the job with the understanding that after you moved in, due to a lot going on moving in and out of both properties, you would have us return and reroute the sump drain to the street. We did seal the holes in the wall so it would not allow water or pests to get inside the walls. We left thinking Metro-Flow Plumbing would return to complete the project. The sealant use did need at least a day to dry that is the reason for leaving it. and again thinking we would return to complete the project things were left undone at your request. Mr. & Mrs. Redding were clients of our for many years unfortunately the moved to Florida. We gave them a 5 to 20 year warranty on all work preformed depending on what the project was along with a 100% satisfaction guarantee as we do with all clients. If you would contact us at your convenience we would like the opportunity to make it right. Thank You, Rick with Metro-Flow Plumbing."

Once again Steve from Metroflow has been here. On Monday night the toilet tank in our guest bathroom cracked. I was able to turn the water off and put towels down before any damage was done. I called Susan at Metroflow first thing Tuesday morning. Steve was very busy that day. I was offered Wednesday but I had appointments scheduled. Since this wa not an emergency (ie the main toilet we use in the house) at my request the appointment was scheduled for Thursday between 1 pm and 4 pm. A call at 12:15 pm let me know that Steve was on his way. He arrived very shortly and assessed the situation. We needed to replace the toilet and perhaps the flange underneath. That would be determined once the toilet itself had been removed and Steve could look at the flange. Steve gave me a written estimate and began work. One of the things I like at Metroflow is that their trucks are equipped with the supplies needed to perform the job. Steve did not have to leave to get the toilet and return. After a couple of hours, the job was finished. I think the bathroom was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. From the first call to Susan to the finish of the repair Metroflow continues to impress me. This is a class operation from start to finish.

The price was fair. Plumbing is always expensive. I actually had Metro-Flow come out in December first to just give me a consultation and then I had to talk it over with my husband before we committed to have the work done. When I called them back in February I had decided to go with them instead of the other company. The guy was very clean, treated my house with respect and he cleaned up after himself which is important. He explained what he was going to do before he started the work. He was able to fix the problem. I would use them again in the future.

I love Metroflow Plumbing. The first time I used them was in an emergency situation. I tried to tighten a handle on a bathroom faucet and before I knew it I had a geyser of water shooting into the air. I ran to the phone book and called the first company I found. Susan in the office was wonderful. She was very calming and even though it was 4:45 pm she immediately sent over someone to help me. Since then I have used no other plumbing service. This time I saw that a tub full of water was yellow and dirty looking and called them before I had a problem. I knew from experience at our lake home, that there was a problem with the water heater. Metroflow came the very next day and sure enough, the water heater had small pieces of metal inside it that were beginning to block the lines. I was given several options for its replacement. I felt absolutely no pressure what so ever. I selected the option that I wanted and within three hours I had a new water heater. The guys left the parts of my home in which they had been working spotless. They arrive promptly and are extremely courteous. I highly recommend this company. Kate Weller

Metro Flow workers lined all walkways with clean matting and wore shoe covers wheneven they were inside the house. They professionally located the underslab leak and even showed me how their listening device worked. They cut the slab and excavated, putting 100% of materials in haevy rupture proof bags. They were dead on the spot of the leak, cut out and replaced the damaged section, pressure tested the new section for 24hrs before backfilling the excavated material and closing up the hole in the slab. Never made a mess, extremely professional.

Awesome. Callback was quick and he said plumber would be out in one hour and he was. Very courteous and professional. Some sticker shock on the price but he explained thoroughly why (age of pipes; code; ect.). Said he could complete the job in one day if he could bring out another plumber. I agreed and 30 minutes later an associate showed up. Not a wet job or wet outside but both used protective covering over shoes when in house at all times. Plumbing trucks were COMPLETELY stocked. They never had to stop and go pick up any supplies. They were professional and professionally dressed (for the job). Everyone dreads plumbing work but from now on they are the people I will call first for any additional work I might need. Even got a five year warranty on the work!

They did the work but I had to call them back out twice and the toilet still continued to run. They were very good about the return visits but the problem was not resolved and I ended up fixing the problem myself.
