The price is right for this carpet cleaner. In this case its not you get
what you pay for. The scheduling process was quick and the technician
ask the right questions to ensure they had what they needed upon
arrival. I was given a call in advance to allow me to put my pets out
prior to arrival. The workers were polite and on time for my visit. They
got in and got out as quickly as they could, but they did not skimp on
the work. They came in and set about their business and made certain
they got everything done correct. Once they were finished they gave me
suggestions to speed the drying of the carpet and also some suggestions
to avoid and clean future stains. I was pleased and would recommend them to others.

Dan Solomon is a true professional. He knows a lot about keeping carpets looking new, removing stains as they happen, and even which products work vs. which don't. He always shows up on time, and does the whole house thoroughly yet quickly. He's been doing this for a while, and it shows. If I forget to move a chair or box off the carpet, he does. He has dry-vacuumed areas that I forgot to vacuum. I've used him for years, and my mother in Frisco also has used him for years. When he's finished, the whole house smells great and the carpet looks like new. He calls every 6-12 months to see if I need another cleaning (I never remember how long it's been, and I appreciate this). He uses a van with a huge cleaning machine/motor in the back, so all he brings into my home is the hose. I have three preschoolers and two big dogs, and we're pretty h****** our carpets. But he makes them look beautiful. He even does rugs. It's nice to get down on the floor and play with my kids on a clean, fresh carpet. His rates are reasonable, too. No inflated prices and fake discounts. He's polite and professional. I've even left him alone in my house before, because I completely trust his character. I wouldn't use anyone else.
