The tech identified the problem quickly and quoted me a repair price. It is still working fine, so I'm happy to pay the service call fee.

the technician quickly identified the problem, came back in with a thermostat and installed, tested it in all modes and set the thermostat for the temperature he remembered me saying I preferred. very courteous and professional!

They diagnosed and fixed the problem. But very pricey for the work they did. For a part costing $15 and 5 min work they charged over $130. The staff at office was very professional however field mechanic who actually did the work didn't seemed to be professional.

I hired this company and I don't have a good review for them. I called them and I explained to the lady on the phone what I needed.. I wanted a NEST thermometer installed and I would need some wiring too... She quoted me a price and schedule the appt. When the tech came out he tries to install the NT but was not having much lock plus he had a doctors appointment so he was semi-rushed for time. He did not complete the job and promise to come back the next day. Well the next day he did not come by but late that evening called to say it was raining and he and his supervisor would come by to look at the wiring on the next day... Well three days went by no call no show. So I called him he explain the job would be bigger and more expensive but he was capable of doing the job.. But he couldn't authorize anything he was only s tech but he would let them know I was interested in getting the job completed .. I never heard from anyone again no follow up at all ...that was two and s half weeks ago .. I found them to be very unprofessional!! So nothing but zeros from me
