I called Mesquite Plumbing told them I had a leak in my closet under the carpet and needed them to come out. Two guys came out walked around like they were lost checked in my bathrooms sinks toilets Etc checked the kitchen sink under the sink and then walked outside and showed me where it was wet on the foundation on a wall where my kitchen sink was. They speculated it can either be under the foundation or in the wall under my sink and said that might not even be it. They made a phone call came back and told me it would be a week before they come out to fix it meantime my meater was running swiftly. I was in disbelief and told them I could not wait a week for a water leak and they just Shrugged their shoulders like they could care less. Handed me a bill for $86 and walked out. Meantime I called another plumber the same day and they asked if they did a flow test and of course they didn't and it was at that point that I was told unless they did a flow test there is no way they could determine exactly where the leak was. I called Mesquite Plumbing back and all they did was fish around as to why they didn't do any more than what they did to find out where this leak was coming from. The owner on the phone asked me what they did do and I told him. NOTHING!!! I was not offered a flow test and they knew before they came out that there was a leak and anyone in their right mind especially a plumber should know when there's a leak under the carpet I would think that would indicate it could be a pipe. Yet without doing this they gave me an estimate of 200.00 per hour min 1800.00!! How the **** do you quote a price on a job when you're not sure where the leak was coming from? It was clear the two guys that came out didn't know whether they were washing or hanging out and on my receipt it said plumber helper but they walked out with $86 in their pocket. But that's okay because I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company. I didn't pay for a plumber helper to come to my house!! Do not waste your money on this plumbing company.����

Both were nice and professional and finished in what they had said.

We called Mesquite Plumbing after we told the Benjamin Franklin plumber he could leave.  The plumber from Benjamin Franklin wanted to charge us $900.00 for the same work that was done by Mesquite Plumbing for $256.25.  The plumber from Benjamin Franklin said it would take him four hours to do the work.  It took Mesquite Plumbing one and one/half hours to do the work.  We will be telling everybody to use Mesquite Plumbing.  We will not recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing nor will we use Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Mesquite Plumbing served as the plumbing subcontractor for a total home renovation.  This required that they perform a wide range of work at various phases of the total project.  They were very reliable, always showing up when scheduled, which allowed the overall project to remain on track.  The quality of the work was very good.  They were also respectful of our home, being careful not to cause damage and making sure to always clean the work area before leaving.  
This is the first time we used Mesquite Plumbing, and I would not hesitate to contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

I was continually having problems with clogged drains.  I called Mesquite Plumbing on a friends recommendation.  They did a video inspection.  My sewer line was so full of roots, the camera kept getting blocked by them as they tried to run the camera down the line.  They gave me a bid of $3900 to replace the line, which I accepted.  They did the most of the work the first day.  The next morning, when I left for work, their crew was waiting for the city inspector to show up, so they could cover up the line. They were finished when I came home that evening.

Their prices are a little high. They are not as clean as I would like.  They show up on time and they offer payment plans, which I really like.

Someone installed the hot water heater about a year before and it started messing up because the person who installed it did a lot of things incorrectly and his work even voided the warranty. These guys came out and contacted the manufacturer and got everything fixed up and even were able to restore the warranty to a certain extent. Now everything works great and overall it was a great experience having them come out to fix the unit.

Plumber arrived on time and conducted an inspection on the leak under my sink.  They determined that the leak was being caused by a mismatched PVC joint by the p-trap and repaired it.  They also fixed the dripping sink by replacing the valve on both hot and cold water sides.  Very pleased with the results.

The plumbers and technicians were very diligent and polite the entire time it took to complete the repairs, which ended up being 3-4 days.  I will call them again for future plumbing needs.

They did very well and I was very pleased with their work.  The price is also very reasonable.  They were very accommodating.  They trusted me and I trusted them.

.I called on behalf of my grandmother who had a MAJOR issue with her plumbing. Her house stunk so bad that she literally emailed our family coming from out of town to inform them that Christmas was cancelled. I called Mesquite Plumbing, spoke to a gentleman, explained the issue and what her neighbors thought it might be, and told him that my grandmother was more than willing to pay weekend rate, holiday rate, whatever to get this resolved. The other plumber that she contacted said it would be 10 days before they could get out due to the holidays. He reassured me that the plumbers that arrive would have the equipment needed but should be able to fix it same day. Sure enough, they did. It wasn't even CLOSE to the issue she thought it was, but the guys that came out were genuinely honest, even gave her a discount. She was so thrilled about the issue finally being resolved and that it wasn't a bigger problem that expected. I am very thankful that they were available for us, they were honest and didn't take advantage of my grandmother and they were prompt as they are paid by the hour. She still talks about this plumbing company to this day (2 months later) and I can guarantee that anyone in my area as well as family/friends will be referred here.

Called Mesquite Plumbing on Sunday morning (the existing stop was leaking and a new floor was scheduled for installation that week) and he said someone would be out that morning.  The plumber arrived about 11:00 a.m. and went work immediately fixing the leak.  We will use this company to install the sink.

My appointment was for 8:30 am Monday. I got a call at 8:30 stating they were leaving and would be at my residence in approximatley 45 minutes. I have used Mesquite Plumbing before will not in the future. I needed to take off work and scheduled this appointment specifically so I would not have to wait.

I left a message initially and they called me back in a short amount of time. Service was performed the next morning and all was completed in one visit. No problems since then. Very professional..

It went well except for the fact that the two men didn't have the courtesy of putting on a shoe cover.  They had to go through a carpeted room to access the crawl space and I asked them if they can take their shoe off.  They gave some reason about insurance which I didn't quite understand.  Other than that, I was very satisfied with the work.

Called to ask them to repair a water  leak at the water meter.  They scheduled to be at my home the next afternoon (18th).  No one ever showed up and there was never a call to notify me of a delay or cancellation.  It is now two days afterwards and I have found another plumber that came out immediately and took care of the problem.  Needless to say this company will never have a positive referral.

The experience went well. This was the second time we have called them. The first time we called them was for a similar situation. Both times, they were finished under two hours and repaired the problem. The only drawback is they were a little late and I wasn't kept informed of the delay, but that doesn't matter to me right now because they did such a great job. They also informed us that our main line may need to be repaired because this is the second leak they have fixed for us on the main line and they gave us a quote. We will most definitely be calling them back to take care of that job as well.
