She takes time to listen and talk about things.  She is specializing in geriatrics and I?m 70 years old.  She works at a hospital so she has a lot of patients.   

Her paying attention as a doctor to me is an ?A?.  She will discuss a lot of things.  She hires nurses who help her with problem solving.  I like how happy their office is.  She is very busy and usually I can get her nurse to answer my questions.  Sometimes I see her PA.   I did not have any treatment with her yet.  

She is great. She is easy to talk to and very competent. She is not threatened by information that a patient might bring in. I might not have given her an 'A' last time but I am thinking that between the May visit and October visit, they might have changed their front office staff, we thought that was a significant improvement.

We have had her as our primary care physician for nine months because we recently moved here. She listens to you. She is pays attention. She is investigative. She really pries to drill down and figure out what your issue is. She seems young to us. She is not a jaded doctor who comes in and says that she had seen that a thousand and twelve times and this is what it is. You feel like that each time she sees you, she is really paying attention. The medical assistants and the nurses in the back are all great. I do not like her front desk staff. She actually providing care is good. The two women at front are kind of surly. All the medical associated people are great. We just love the medical people.

He is absolutely superb. He is a really caring, attentive, and holistic family physician; he looks at the whole family constellation. He takes time to be with his patients. He was the head of the Family Medicine Department at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Texas, and he left that position to go into private practice so that he could spend more time with his patients. They are very customer service oriented; they always want me to tell them how well they are doing or what they need to be better at. They work with me about my insurance and all the details that go along with that. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a family physician. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

Dr. Palacio's office used to be very caring and respond to patient's needs promptly and even proactively in the past, but seems like the level of service has gone down.  Report request and referrals takes a lot longer than usual.  Please improve.

I found them to be very caring and thorough in their examination and I am going to a follow up soon. One thing I liked about the doctor is that she asked a lot of questions and seemed to get to the root of the problem, which didn't happen with my former doctor. She ran a lot of tests. Her office help is extremely nice and are right there to answer any questions. I am very impressed with the whole set up.

She has a very personable style. She listens and is willing to explore options with me. Everything went on well during my last visit to her. My husband and my mother in law who is 88 years old too have started seeing her now. Dr. Kainth is very good with older folks.
